About Gerdau Ameristeel Investor Relations
Gerdau Ameristeel is a majority owned subsidiary of international steel
producer, Gerdau S.A.
based in Brazil. Gerdau, through its subsidiaries,
indirectly owns approximately 67% of the outstanding voting stock of
Gerdau Ameristeel. In addition to the strong financial base that Gerdau
provides, the mutually beneficial exchange of operating, engineering,
financial and marketing skills and cultures strengthens both the Gerdau
Ameristeel and Gerdau teams.
