Gerdau Ameristeel

Perth Amboy facility is sitting in an approximately 5 acre scrap yard located on the property of the Gerdau Ameristeel Perth Amboy Steel Mill. We employ one supervisor and three yard personnel. Our equipment consists of 1 Komatsu 650 with a Genesis 1000 shear, 1 Komatsu 750 with a magnet/grapple attachment and 1 Komatsu 320 bucket loader with quick detachable bucket and forks.

Located only minutes outside New York City the Perth Amboy Scrap Yard is also a support yard for the Gerdau Ameristeel Sayreville Mill.
